Privacy and cookie policy

1. General information

This Privacy and Cookie Policy sets out the rules for processing the personal data of people using the studioverbum.pl website and the rules for using cookies. By using the website, the user accepts the rules described in this document.

2. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Niccolo Pastore, trading as Nova NPS, with its registered office at ul. Pustułek 8/3, 40-668 Katowice, Poland. The controller can be contacted at: biuro@studioverbum.pl.

3. Scope of the data processed

Depending on how the website is used, we may process the following data: first and last name, email address, phone number and the content of the message sent via the contact form or directly to the email address.

4. Purposes and legal bases of processing

Personal data may be processed in order to: reply to a message sent via the contact form, prepare a quote, conclude and perform a contract, and for purposes arising from the controller's legitimate interest, such as handling enquiries and maintaining contact with clients.

5. Data recipients

Personal data is shared only with entities that support the controller in running the website and handling correspondence, to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes:

• hosting provider (Hostinger) - storage of the website's files;
• the FormSubmit service operator (formsubmit.co) - the tool that receives the data sent via the contact form and forwards it as an email to the controller's mailbox;
• the Cloudflare Web Analytics service provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) - anonymous, aggregated visit statistics for the website, without the use of cookies and without the ability to identify an individual user.

In addition, in order to display the animation in the site header, the user's browser downloads a JavaScript library file from a public CDN (jsDelivr) and animation resources from its provider's servers; as part of this process the user's IP address may be technically processed solely in order to deliver the file. The site's fonts are served from the controller's server and are not downloaded from external services.

6. Transfers of data outside the EEA

Messages sent via the contact form are processed using the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), whose infrastructure may be located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. The transfer of data takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other mechanisms provided for in the GDPR. Apart from this case, the controller does not transfer personal data outside the EEA.

7. Data retention period

Personal data is kept for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and then for the period arising from legal provisions or until any claims become time-barred.

8. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to: access their data, rectify their data, erase their data, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

9. Voluntary provision of data

Providing personal data is voluntary, but it may be necessary in order to use certain features of the site, in particular to send an enquiry via the contact form and receive a reply.

10. Data security

The controller applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, aimed at protecting personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure.

11. Cookies

The studioverbum.pl website does not use cookies or similar technologies (e.g. local storage) for tracking, profiling or analytics. No cookies requiring the user's consent are installed, so the site does not display a cookie banner.

12. Types of cookies

Because the site does not store cookies, there are no cookie categories here such as analytical, marketing or functional. The site's fonts are served from the controller's server (self-hosting), not from external services, so simply browsing the site does not involve transferring data to font providers.

13. Consent to data processing

Using the site does not require consent to cookies, because the site does not use them. The only consent collected on the site is consent to the processing of the data provided in the contact form, given by ticking the relevant box before sending the message.

14. Analytics tools

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (such as page views, visitor country and device type). This tool does not use cookies or any other identifiers that would allow tracking or identifying an individual user, so its use does not require the user's consent or a cookie banner.

15. Changes to the policy

The controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy and Cookie Policy. The current version of the document is always published on this page.
